Liquid Web’s Customer Support Manager explains how he got into technology, the importance of adaptability, and the endless possibilities of a career in tech.

Anne Jenkins was born and raised in Zagreb, Croatiais a city known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and beautiful architecture. “My childhood was full of unique experiences in the city, exploring the medieval streets of the Old Town and visiting the many museums and galleries that showcase Croatia’s rich cultural heritage,” she says. says.
One of her favorite things about growing up in Zagreb was the sense of community that surrounded her. “Both my parents are hardworking professionals who instilled in me from a young age a strong work ethic and a love of learning. My father owned a construction company and I would always ask him to take me to construction sites. I was fascinated by the way they built buildings out of nothing. ”
Jenkins has found that she is happiest when she is able to help people navigate and solve complex problems, even before choosing her career path. “I love the feeling of being able to make a difference and provide support where it is needed,” she says. “Making a positive impact on people’s lives, that’s what it’s all about. My background and personal interests have played an important role in shaping my passion to find solutions. .”
When it came time to choose a career path, Jenkins wanted to find a way to use his natural talents and interests to help others organize and manage their jobs and teams. During her studies, after completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics, she was mainly involved in hospitality management, tourism and different types of sales, always communicating directly with clients. She recently celebrated her fifth anniversary with Liquid Web.I started as a Customer Service Representative at and was promoted to my current Senior Customer Support Manager.
