Punter says Vedanta let’s see which company it is
probably. Maybe this is why he’s looking to sell his shares.I read today that he intends to sell his 5% of vedanta to pay off his debts
Hz has announced INR 26 as a dividend.
Hindenburg may be targeting companies in other countries this time, but if they were to target India again, Anil Agarwal’s group could be Hindenburg’s next target.
There is always controversy in their business. Failed delisting of VEDL (a clear case of misconduct with investors, thanks to LIC), Cologne tax issues, government pressure to sell stake in HINDZINC, recently Hindzinc mining vedanta , protests against the Tuticorin plant, false declarations of the Foxconn deal (leading stock movements), and many controversies.
So, if Hindenburg were targeting any Indian company, Anil Agarwal group could be on the top list.
A second target might be Hindu groups.
A third group might be TATA.
The TATA group is another name for trust, so I don’t think Hindenburg will do much damage to the Tata group. I believe the reason behind the Tata group is that some stocks in this group have skyrocketed (the rally may just be due to the operator, not Tata’s fault). However, some big moves such as “TATAELXSI, TTML, TATACHEM, TATAPOWER” were unexpected.
kishor Biyani and anil ambani are a thing of the past and can no longer be targeted.
It cannot be said that banks such as RBL and other PSUs are also potential targets. We have to wait until the report comes. who’s next?

I don’t think it comes from India.
Does that mean the Adani story is over? Hindenburg has made the intended profit off of the Adani shorts and has now moved on to another company.
a little later –
1. An additional provision of NOK 10,000 to NOK 12,000 was made to reduce the book value of Vedanta upon delisting.
2. We recently obtained shareholder approval to release funds from Vedanta’s general or statutory reserves, allowing him access to this cash.
3. Providing loans to Vedanta Resources during the pandemic (intercompany loans)
4 The final attack was to sell the mine to Hindustan Zinc so that Vedanta could get all the cash and he could withdraw the money. The government has silenced him on this.
Interview with the industry’s oldest business journalist. Zee’s Anil Singhvi was like water, flowing to and fro as he asked questions. I wonder why they can’t give him a blank slate that he was trying to sell the mine to his HZ so he could get the cash out.

He is a Machiavellian businessman, but he has the qualities to turn a failing business into a success. He’s a self-made millionaire stared from scratch (he started trading scrap metal). Also, in the process, he brought wealth to many traders and investors.
Jack Dorsey’s venture, Brock.
I didn’t know all of this in detail.Thank you for adding details and providing updates
point:1 It’s very bad to lower the book value by cheating like this.
Points 2 & 3 I didn’t know that at all.
Point 3: I think he has a loan to the parent company, which is at a big loss.
In addition to point 4, HINDZINC recently issued a dividend of 26/-, and as a major stakeholder, he/VEDL wins big cash.
Any additional information would be helpful, thanks.
I really like the way Hindenberg publishes the report .
I hope Reddit’s short squeeze team doesn’t end Hindenburg’s short trading strategy this time around.
Couldn’t get the context? Can you elaborate or point to an article?
