On Thursday, January 19, crypto infrastructure company MoonPay announced its first acquisition while scooping up Web3 creative studio Nightshift. The latest acquisition will help MoonPay expand its footprint and offerings in his Web3 world.

However, the details of the purchase price were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, MoonPay will rebrand Nightshift to his Otherlife. As Nightshift, the company handled creatives for Web3 native clients such as his Adam Bomb Squad, Coinbase and OpenSea. In addition to Web3’s services, the agency has provided design, branding and Web3 product strategy for major clients such as Shopify, Playboy and Arsenal Football Club.
Initially, MoonPay began its journey as a fintech player enabling users to purchase crypto products using fiat currency. Last year, MoonPay has been making inroads into his NFT space. Combining this new combination of expertise, MoonPay provides an easy gateway for legacy brands to enter Web3. Last year, MoonPay rapidly expanded its product suite to give brands an easy gateway to his Web3 forays.
