Indians have only about 30-40% financial literacy and as a result most Indians make below average financial decisions. People with low financial literacy are often victims of financial fraud, borrowing at very high interest rates, investing in terrible financial products such as endowment insurance, and giving up better money recovery.
- Even just having a basic understanding of personal finance can go a long way toward making better financial decisions. So how well do you know the basic concepts of personal finance? Take this quiz to find out.
