The use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools has grown significantly over the last few years. Market size experienced a compound annual growth rate of 12.5% and is expected to be worth $145.79 billion over the next six years. This growth is largely due to the growing number of online merchants using CRM tools to increase their sales, increase their profits and outcompete fierce competition from other providers.

Khairy added that by analyzing customer behavior, Gameball provides monetization opportunities for brands and helps them upsell and cross-sell efficiently across their customer base.
