I’m really proud of the commercial I made for Nexcess.

We are open to anyone and everyone suggesting ideas and concepts, and some of these ideas were seeded from what was just the first sketch of an idea. We then determine how the idea and message fit into our branding tone and the general personality of the company as a whole. It was interesting to find the right balance between being specific about what we do and telling people who we are.

Of course, our personalities need to be expressed through all of these topics, so creating a large part of our creative direction in-house helps us collectively communicate core messages that we otherwise might not have found. help you discover.

Tell us about a great customer experience with Liquid Web.

We are currently in post-production for Nexcess’s Voice of the Customer video. When I reviewed the footage, I was amazed at how easily they talked about his Nexcess and how much they shared.
