Each year, Plugin Madness WordPress plugin repository A friendly bracket-style competition where the best of the best competes.
The tournament starts with 64 WordPress plugins. These are nominated by Torque readers and voted on by WordPress users through a series of weekly matchups, culminating in a final round that ultimately determines the championship title for his one remaining plugin.

To be considered a starting slot, plugins included in Plugin Madness must be listed in the WordPress plugin repository, updated within the last 12 months, and compatible with WordPress 5.7 or later must meet three criteria: .

The first week of the contest kicks off with 16 plugins representing each of the four starting categories: marketing, optimization, maintenance, and e-commerce.
From there, voters will have a chance to choose their favorites as the competition is cut in half each week.
