My Personal Bible Verses + 10 Bible Verses for Small Business Owners
My personal bible verse for 2023 is Romans 8:28, “We know that God works all things together for those who love Him.” Even your failures will turn out to make you better. Sometimes things don’t go my way, but that’s because God protects me. Trust that it will work out for your good in the long run. 10 Bible verses every small business owner needs in 2023.
1. Romans 12:2-4 NIV
“Be unconventional in this world, and be transformed by renewing your mind, so that you can test and approve what God’s will is—his good, joyful, perfect will. I can.”
Everyone has an inner voice that speaks to them. Often the voice is unpleasant and negative. Be careful with your daily thoughts. You have to teach yourself not to be negative. One of my favorite books is Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyers. Our mindset is key to our daily mood and mental health. This Bible verse is about interpreting life through the lens of the Word of God and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, not through the lens of your experiences, wounds, traumas, preferences, or opinions of others. Let him rest your thoughts.
2. Deuteronomy 31:6 NIV
“Be strong and brave. Do not be afraid or frightened by them. main your god will go with you. He will never leave you or abandon you. “
We should always pay attention to our power source. it is not human. Our power comes from the one true and living God. God commands us not to be afraid. Your faith must be stronger than your fear. As the economy tightens, your business can become very stressful. The cost of everything is rising: materials, shipping, taxes, employees. But everything you needed was provided by his hands. He is in the business of building roads. The secret of his confidence is the awareness that God is near. If God is the true refuge, strength, and help of His people, there is no logical reason to fear even the greatest danger.
3. Ephesians 2:10 NIV
“We are the handiwork of God, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared for us beforehand.”
God has a good deed for all believers to do. God works in them to complete His good works in believers and to act according to His good purposes.
4. Psalm 128:1-2 NIV
“Blessed are all who fear the Lord and follow Him. You shall eat the fruits of your labor. Blessings and prosperity are yours.”
God has promised to bless all who fear Him and walk in His ways. This Bible verse was written to help believers know the joy that only God can give. Decide. It doesn’t matter how much money he has, but where and how he worships the Lord.
Five. James 5:16 NIV
“So let us confess our sins to one another and pray for healing. The prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective.”
Do you know how to access divine power? There are several ways. Call out his name (“Help me, Jesus!”) or train your thoughts about him, but the best way to ignite God’s power is to pray regularly. Prayer is powerful. Helps set goals for the day. Make daily prayer a habit. The mess of the day rolls off like water off a duck’s back.
6. Galatians 5:22-23 NKJV
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, temperance. There is no law against it.”
Everyday life can overwhelm us and our surroundings. God is so great that he changes everything with the fruit of the Spirit. Long-suffering is the quality that enables a person to endure adversity and wait patiently on the Lord. When the devil realizes that he can’t overcome us, he makes a small daily challenge. It’s a long-term approach. The devil wants to wear us out and make us doubt that the Lord is still watching us. The big picture is that the Spirit has one job in all of us. It’s a reminder to be humble, kind, and patient.
7. Psalm 37:8-9 NIV
“Refrain from anger, let go of resentment. Do not worry – it will only lead to evil.”. The wicked will be destroyed, but those who wait on the Lord will inherit the land. “
From an early age we have been taught that “Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord.” It’s never a good idea to waste time thinking about getting back at someone. Be still before the Lord and wait patiently on Him. When a person succeeds in his evil plans, don’t worry. withhold out of anger and abandon anger; do not do fret- it can hurt you
8. Psalm 46:1 NIV
“God is our refuge, our strength, our ever-present help in times of trouble. “
This verse is about God’s provision. We should all look to God for help during difficult times. God himself is our refuge. God is the power of His people. God alone is our refuge and strength.this It’s not about God carrying your burdens, it’s about sustaining you through them. The experience of suffering cannot be taken away from God’s servants. God makes us strong enough to withstand that pressure, to weather it successfully, and to make His servants more perfect. In this way God sustains us in our burdens.
9. Proverbs 16:3 NIV
“Whatever you do, surrender to the Lord, and your plan will succeed.“
We plan our course in our hearts, but the Lord determines our steps. When you come up with a business idea, plan it, and share it with God, He makes sure that you can achieve it. There is nothing better than inviting God to be part of your business. When you learn to listen to God, He often instills business ideas in you. That’s how I became his SmallBizLady.
10. 2 Corinthians 31:9 NIV
“We rejoice in our weakness, but you are strong. Your recovery is our hope.”
In business people often assume that we have a lot of money and are doing better than we are. I find it difficult. when we are weak I need strength to get through. God is our strength. We all need to understand others and pray for their strength to face their own challenges. Prayer is the key.
Bonus Bible Verse: Joshua 1:9 NIV
“I have commanded you, be strong and courageous, and fear not; for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Life is full of challenges, sorrows, and difficult decisions. But even in difficult situations, the Lord encourages us to be strong and brave. Understanding this Bible verse will help you face challenges with faith and confidence. Since God is always by our side, knowing that God will always have our backs will help us to become stronger.
I hope these verses will continue to inspire your business this year. God loves us so much. His blessings are new every day. He wants us to win, but he always wants us to go through hardships because his best work happens in the valley seasons. God bless you like.
