What are the limitations of Bigin by Zoho CRM?
Zoho Bigin has a lot of great features for startups, but there are some limitations you should be aware of.
- Limited marketing capabilities – Bigin lacks some of the more advanced marketing features such as A/B testing, ad campaign management, landing page creation, etc. If you’re running a marketing-focused business, there’s only so much you can do with Bigin.
- Enterprises may find it somewhat lacking in features – Zoho CRM is a great tool for startups and small businesses, but it doesn’t have all the features an enterprise-level business needs. For example, even the top plan can have up to 5 pipelines.
After all, Bigin is completely free to use, so feel free to try it out to see if these limitations matter for your business.
Bigin by Zoho CRM Integrations
What Bigin CRM Offers Great integration capabilities In addition to all the other powerful features mentioned so far.
They call them “toppings”, but they are essentially third-party services that you can integrate into your Bigin account.
Bigin integrates with the following popular platforms:
- Zapier
- Popular CRMs
- Zoom meeting
- mail chimpanzee
- Google G Suite
Small Business Bonfire uses MailChimp for the majority of their email marketing campaigns. So the seamless integration with Bigin felt like a win.
Overall, there are platforms that offer more integrations (like Slack, which Bigin doesn’t).
However, the fact that Bigin offers API support and the ability to create your own integrations the possibilities seem endless.
