If you’re struggling to manage your deals, leads, and opportunities, look no further than Capsule CRM.
Capsule uses sales pipeline management to easily:
- Create and manage multiple sales pipelines
- Track deals and leads
- Add a custom stage to your pipeline
- View the status of each deal/lead
- Assign tasks to pipelines
- Organize your contacts by stage of the sales cycle
- Analyze trends and performance indicators

This section will walk you through the process of creating a new pipeline called a “partnership” to help manage your affiliate marketing partnerships (you guessed it).
To start this process, I simply went to Account Management and Sales Pipeline. Then I clicked “Add New Pipeline”.
From there, I was able to add milestones to each stage of the pipeline.we love this feature Assign a probability percentage associated with each milestone.
Every business is unique in its own way, so the ability to fully customize this for the entire team to see was (by our estimates) a huge boon.
After customizing and adding milestones, the pipeline creation looks like this:
Now you can add deals and manage them easily with the following customizable views:
I especially like the list view (pictured below). Now you can see the progress of each stage with a handy progress bar.
Overall, effective pipeline management is the cornerstone of any good CRM, and Capsule does just that.
