Amid concerns that students are using artificial intelligence and programs such as OpenAI’s ChatGTP to do their homework, we must warn children doing their homework not to rely on biographical research. I feel.
One thing on the Internet that chatbots haven’t bothered to scour for information seems to be LinkedIn profiles.
Startup Daily previously wrote about how ChatGPT is making up the truth, and even living up to it when it’s discovered. Christopher Graves, founder of the Ogilvy Center for Behavioral Sciences, said: ChatGTP creates supposed scientific references to dress up responses.
“I will not hesitate to lie and fabricate … and I will confess. I asked again not to lie and ask for real research. I lied again.”
Wired journalist Clive Thompson labeled “Bullshit” generated by AIlisting many more examples.
While it has uses, ChatGPT is also a new version of “Google yourself” and the results are equally astonishing.
This writer was appropriately humbled a few weeks ago when he asked ChatGPT to tell me what he knew about me.
Despite more than 10,000 stories online in publications worldwide, the reaction was basically “never heard of me.”
“A little known or relatively unknown journalist”. *Tap Gotye’s “Somebody that I used to know” on Spotify and cry softly…*

No one has a “round” in that name, Guv.
Not surprisingly, unlike many of my colleagues, I never wrote my own Wikipedia entry.
Meanwhile, CNET journalist Mark Serrels asked ChatGPT to talk about himself and was surprised to find himself writing a book he didn’t know he had.
ChatGPT believes that I did not write this book lmao pic.twitter.com/Gv56sCc5fn

Other techs, including Mike Blackney, creator of Dead Static Drive, also joined in, discovering their own previously unknown novels and career highlights.
You can come up with a staggering amount of information that feels like it’s going in the right direction, but is completely wrong. pic.twitter.com/IaggiLkOlb

So I used a question Serrels posted on ChatGPT to ask me. And I look great.

Wow he looks funny!
The only problem is that while I’m editing some editions SMH Good Food Guideand many other books, but I had never written a book about sea rescues or celebrity secrets. I wish I had written an article for GQ inside, but I never did.
Yes, I was part of Business Insider Australia’s founding team, but I was Deputy Editor of 2IC until 2019 instead of 2017.
As for television, there were Masterchef appearances, Ch 7’s Iron Chef series, Perfect Match (which I’ll talk about another time) in the 80’s, and I had aspirations of appearing on ABC’s Spicks & Specks, but The Project is watching a clip of Waleed Aly on Twitter. Extras today? Working at Kochie, I’m a guy like Sunrise.
Some even question my expertise in the areas cited.
The lesson of all this is that ChatGPT can be a great solution if you’re looking to update your resume. Because your career will be more diverse and prestigious than it actually is.
But if someone sends you a ChatGTP introduction as a job application, do it.
