To sundance
Comrades, the rhymes of history…
Matt Taibi, in a recent review of Twitter files, a supplementary material to highlight the importance of what is visible and what is hidden, describes the activities of the House Permanent Intelligence Committee (HPSCI) and what they are doing. I’m watching how you’re doing. I posted a public comment on Twitter, giving instructions to the platform as to what content should be removed and/or moderated.
Stop for a moment and think about it.
The House Intelligence Committee is the U.S. government that monitors Twitter conversations and assigns staff to remove or moderate public comments. Adam Schiff was telling social media his platform what content should be allowed to exist and what content should be removed to justify “national security interests.”
“Stasi” used to monitor calls and take targeted action based on intercepted communications. In modern times, Twitter files clearly show, with a palpable amount of evidence, that the U.S. government was monitoring social media content and dispatching FBI agents based on intercepted public communications. .
This is the House Intelligence Committee doing this. This is our taxpayer money to fund this.
I don’t want to write anything more about this detail. I want to boil these facts down in my head as I ponder the implications of what is currently being outlined in this very specific release.
The need for control is a response to fear.
What exactly are Adam Schiff and the US government’s intelligence agencies afraid of?
Apparently, a House subcommittee aimed at considering weaponized government against the people is about to begin.
I hope that the members of that committee are sitting quietly somewhere alone and thinking, evaluating and pondering what this example shows us.
I know what’s out there
you know what’s out there
None of us pretend.
Hope is not a strategy.
