Following the extreme weather event, the Xero Assistance Program (XAP) is being expanded to all North Island small businesses.
From Wednesday, February 1 through Friday, March 31, North Island small business owners, employees, or their families can access three confidential, free counseling sessions by phone, live chat, online or in person. .
The effects of recent inclement weather have forced many small businesses to close, while others are dealing with ongoing problems from flooding.
Unexpected events such as floods and extreme weather can cause anxiety and stress. We want to support all Kiwi small businesses through this difficult time.
Not only are they dealing with the effects of the recent weather, but it is made worse by the current economic climate, which for many is already weighing heavily on their minds.
All Xero customers across Aotearoa, along with their staff and families, are already entitled to free, confidential and professional counseling through XAP.
