XPS Pensions has developed 11 new partners and over 150 people across its actuarial, pension, investment, administration, SIPP and analytics businesses.
The company says the promotion has been rolled out across all 16 XPS locations in the UK and went into effect this month.

New partner:
- Kevin Allwork is the head of XPS Administration’s Projects team, a specialized resource within XPS Administration, overseeing tasks ranging from GMP remediation, data cleansing, and profit remediation to buyouts and liquidations.
- Dan Auton leads the Demographics Analytics team developing a new range of analytics tools for XPS. He also leads XPS’s team of rail pension system experts, advising 26 sponsoring employers.
- Neil Bradford leads the client management team at XPS Administration focused on serving the 1 million members of XPS under administration.
- Darryl James leads XPS’s administrative business development team, managing the growth of XPS’s business through new appointments and developing new services for clients.
- Shelley Jeffery leads the actuarial team at XPS, focused on developing the technical calculations required to fund pension schemes, ensuring all clients meet their compliance requirements.
- Neil Kennedy leads the XPS Perth office and the XPS management team in Newcastle. He also heads the function that provides his DB management capabilities for his XPS partnership with abrdn master trust.
- Steve Morris is a scheme actuary and a specialist on the risk resolution team that ensures the scheme achieves its goals. He also leads the business development of his XPS in the North of England.
- Steve Powell leads XPS’ client communications team of nine communications consultants, designers and digital specialists, helping over 100 clients engage with members.
- Sian Pringle leads the Investment Risk Settlement team at XPS. This team enables schemes to realize their journey plans and develop the most appropriate investment strategies to achieve their ultimate goals.
- Mark Searle leads the DC investment team at XPS, focused on developing recommendations and analytical capabilities to improve pension plan decision-making.
- David Warren leads XPS Administration’s Business Services Group, managing large and complex administrative migrations, client project management and business analysis to deliver business change.
