We are pleased to announce that Xero has partnered with New Zealand Football to support football clubs across Aotearoa and through their Club Support Program to help the Kiwis balance their numbers better off the field.
Through this long-term partnership agreement, which runs until 2026, we aim to bring even more interest to this beautiful game with the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ in New Zealand and Australia.
We are very excited to support Kiwi Football Club, especially the football community that supports the grassroots game.
club support program
The New Zealand Football Partnership supports football clubs across Aotearoa, helping the Kiwis balance their numbers better off the field through their club support programme.
Local clubs are often run by dedicated Kiwis with no experience running a small business. As a result, they spend extra time on finances and general administration, and more time managing the growth and development of their club.
Xero looks forward to bringing our technology to more football clubs across Aotearoa. Because we believe that an increase in numbers off the field will lead to an increase in numbers on the field.
The Club Support Program sets benchmarks for national club standards, focusing on factors such as operations, leadership, fundraising, player development and community engagement.
spread the love of the game
Xero joins NZ Football to dominate community football and partner with FIFA for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ at home. ”
The Club Support Program is in development with Xero and New Zealand Football and will be available to all football clubs registered with New Zealand Football from April 2023.
This is shaping up to be an incredible year for football in Aotearoa and Xero is looking forward to being a part of it. As the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ arrives in town, we look forward to launching a club support program in New Zealand Football while promoting the success of women in football.
